The Fiserv staff has devoted a great deal of time to the credit union and the credit union industry making sure that the credit unions they service are competitive in today's market. I don't believe there is a large bank or a credit union out there of any size that has an advantage over me when it comes to working with our IT vendor. Fiserv could not be more on top of the mountain as far as I'm concerned.
